The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, also it was warm. The location is good because of its proximity to the motorway network.
The alarm went off multiple times because someone was smoking. It was very stressful. I saw cigarette butts outside my window. The restaurant was very crowded, so I had to eat elsewhere.

the check-in process USED a self-service system but a staff member was available to provide assistance. the room was clean and tidy and i had A really big bed. the hotel offered a good sized pool and a gym FOR guests to use
i noticed A general lack of sockets for charging my devices WHICH was a minor inconvenience

The self-service check-in was very efficient. i found the food at the evening buffet to be delicious. i also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet, it was amazing!!! the staff were helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them.
i noticed some wear on the walls, just minor scuffs.

check-in was fast. the staff greeted me with a warm smile. the room had a comfy bed. every item in the room was in working order. the hotel gym had several treadmills. i used the sauna each day. the swimming pool was big. it helped me relax after long meetings.
the parking fee was like a bit much given the out-of-town location. i wish parking was free.

the hotel has a decent gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for cardio. the swimming pool is quite large and includes a shallow end for kids. there is also a sauna available for relaxation.
